UK Expansion Worker visa

This visa is allows you or a member of your team to enter the UK to establish a branch or subsidiary. The UK business should NOT have transacted any business yet and the company outside the UK should have been trading for 3 years or more.

Self-Sponsored Business Visa

This visa allows Entrepreneurs who has set-up a new company or take over an existing UK company, to sponsor themselves as its CEO/Owner or other senior member of staff

The visa gives great flexibility as it does not need to be connected to an existing company outside the UK and the applicant can do business in any industry.

Innovator Founder Visa

The Innovator Visa is for those seeking to establish an innovative business in the UK. Applicants must have their business idea endorsed by an approved endorsing body (we can help you with this). The business must be viable, scalable, and innovative. This visa is suited for those with substantial experience and a unique business idea that can significantly benefit the UK economy

  • No need to establish your business prior to coming
  • No minimum investment required
  • Right to run another business if desired
  • No need to pay yourself a minimum salary
  • You can work up to 20 hours per week.
  • Pathway to Indefinite leave to remain in 3 year

Business Visitor Visa

The Business Visitor Visa allows individuals to visit the UK for short-term business activities such as attending meetings, conferences, or training sessions. This visa is a subcategory of the Standard Visitor Visa and can be issued between 6 months and 10 years. Although your total stay in the UK per 12 months should not exceed 180 days.

There is currently no business visa that is based on investment only. However it is likely that you could easily qualify for the Self-Sponsored visa or Innovator founder with some adjustments
The Expansion worker and Business visitor visa do not require English The Self-sponsored Business visa requires English language at level B1 or higher. The Innovator Founder visa requires English language at level B2 or higher
In most case yes! All the options apart from the Business visit visa, allow you to obtain an Immigration licence for your company, called a “Skilled worker licence” this can be used to sponsor other employees..
