Dan Pinte

Dan Pinte is an SRA qualified solicitor. He has completed the LPC at the University of law in London and has an LLB in Law with American Law, having studied at the University of Nottingham and the University of Texas at Austin. His studies particularly focused on immigration law and human rights. During his time at the firm, he has honed his skills in several areas of immigration, including (but not limited to) the following: Appendix FM applications (as a partner or parent), Points-Based system applications as well as Nationality law.

Dan is goal driven and determined to obtain the best possible outcome in any given situation. As a naturalised British citizen, Dan understands the challenges one must overcome when faced with the UK immigration system and is passionate about helping others in reaching closer to their goals and dreams. He has extensive experience in the field of immigration law, from entry clearance applications to the final stage of in the immigration process, naturalisation.

He has also previously worked for a well-known Legal Aid Provider for asylum seekers, where he learnt skills associated with research, administrative and managerial experience. He is passionate about chess, video games, literature, law and human rights. Dan has represented numerous personal clients from all walks of life, enabling him to provide appropriately tailored support to each individual client.
