WHAT TO EXPECT

What happens during your appointment

Your appointment will usually take place remotely by video call or telephone, using the contact method selected when you booked. Most appointments last approximately 30 minutes.

During the appointment, our team will:

   We will discuss your immigration history, current situation, intended visa route and longer-term goals.
2. Assess your available options
   We will ask relevant questions to identify the immigration routes or solutions that may be available to you.
3. Explain our initial advice
   We will outline the recommended next steps, answer your key questions and explain any important issues that may affect your case.
4. Discuss our services and fees
   Where we are able to assist, we will explain the service we recommend and provide a clear quotation for our legal fees.
5. Give you an opportunity to ask questions
   You will have time to raise any concerns or ask for clarification about your options, the process or our services.

What happens after the appointment?

Where you are ready to proceed, you may be able to instruct us by accepting the quotation, agreeing to our terms and conditions and making the requested initial payment.

Some matters require a more detailed review before firm advice can be provided. In these cases, we will explain why further work is needed, provide the likely fee in advance and, where appropriate, arrange a longer consultation with one of our specialist immigration lawyers.
