Kata Varbiro

Kata obtained her LLB (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde before completing her Master’s degree and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.

She began her career in immigration law as a paralegal in 2021, focusing on human rights applications, and has since qualified as a solicitor.

Kata works across a broad range of UK immigration matters, including family and partner visas, Skilled Worker and sponsor licence applications, settlement and nationality. Acting for both individuals and businesses, she provides clear, tailored guidance at every stage of the immigration process.

Kata works with clients in English, Hungarian and Spanish and regularly assists Hungarian and Spanish-speaking clients with their UK immigration matters.
