POLINA EVADIS

Polina joined Westkin Associates in April 2018, having completed a Bachelor  degree in European Social and Political Studies and gained experience in the field of business immigration. She is currently a trainee caseworker, working in Michael Marziano’s team, and is regulated at Level 1 by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner.

She works on a variety of case types, with a particular focus on family-based applications. She has a particular interest in the nationality law, and applications involving various routes to British Citizenship, as well as cases which involve a nuanced interpretation of the Immigration Rules.

Polina has represented personal and business clients who work and operate across all sectors. With this wide-ranging knowledge of various sectors,  clients have the benefit of a full range experience. In addition Polina has built up a specific client base in businesses with a focus on social/environmental issues, with a focus on women’s issues.
