Diane Azzam

Diane is a qualified solicitor regulated by the SRA. She has completed her LPC LLM at BPP Law School in London Holborn and has also completed an LLB in law at Brunel University, with focus on Human Rights and International Law.

Prior to joining Westkin Associates, Diane specialised in human rights, asylum and private life cases. She has extensive experience in complex immigration matters and focused on 20 years long residence cases, as well as appeals at the FTT and UT. She has maintained strong client relationships, assisted and met her clients’ needs whenever required.

Her expertise involves various aspects of immigration law, including entry clearance applications, PBS dependent applications, leave to remain and indefinite leave to remain applications, appeals, naturalisation, adult dependant relative applications and administrative review applications.

During her time at the firm, Diane has widened her skills in several areas of corporate immigration, including (but not limited to) the following; Expansion worker, sponsor licences, skilled worker visa and global talent visa.

Diane speaks Arabic and was raised in the United Arab of Emirates prior to relocating to the UK in 2013. Since relocating to the UK and completing her law degree she has grown fond of immigration law and helping people who are facing difficulties with their immigration.

Diane plays football and is a Liverpool fan. She also enjoys horseback riding in her spare time.
