Yes, there are a number of visas which allow you to come to the UK for the purpose of business. Some of these are short-term and some of these are long-term.
The UK business visit visa allows individuals to come to the UK for meetings, trade shows, sales pitches or even to do initial business research.
The options are the Innovator visa for innovative businesses, the Expansion worker for those opening new branches of foreign companies, and skilled worker chief executives for those looking to commence new business in the United Kingdom.
There is no need to have applied for a business visit visa before applying for a long-term business option.

Yes, all business visas allow you to bring your partner or family to the UK.
Yes, partners can work in the United Kingdom if they choose to do so.
Yes, they are permitted to attend state and fee-paying schools without restrictions.
Yes, as part of your visa application process you will pay a fee towards the NHS which allows you to register upon arrival.
No, you would need to return to your home country to make a long-term business visa application.
All long-term business options do not restrict the amount of time you spend outside the UK, however if you wish to obtain indefinite leave at the earliest opportunity most require you to spend no more than 180 days outside of the UK per year.

It is imperative that you declare all previous offences. We cannot promote your case on a false basis. Important to note the Home Office will have record of most offenses. By declaring them, they often have no influence on your case and decision.
If you have a valid visa you can remain within the UK for 6 months. If it expires whilst you’re in the UK, you cannot stay beyond that date regardless of if the 6 months period.
