Meher Patel

Meher is a UK immigration solicitor who qualified in 2023 and joined Westkin in September 2026. She has eight years of experience across both corporate and personal immigration matters.

In corporate immigration, Meher has extensive experience advising on Skilled Worker applications and sponsor licence matters. She has acted as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System and has supported sponsor licence holders with their ongoing compliance duties and responsibilities.

Meher works with clients in English and Hindi and is able to assist Hindi-speaking clients with their UK immigration matters.

Meher also advises on a broad range of personal immigration matters, including complex family and partner applications, settlement and British citizenship. She has a particular interest in cases involving human rights considerations.

Meher is a dual-qualified lawyer. Before working in the UK, she worked and volunteered with legal NGOs representing victims of domestic violence, sexual violence and human trafficking.
