Spencer Vell is a qualified solicitor under the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Spencer holds an LLB in Law from the University of Nottingham and went on to complete both the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and a Master’s degree in Law at BPP University. Through years of experience in the industry, Spencer has developed expertise across several key areas of UK immigration law.
Spencer has strong expertise in corporate immigration and is skilled in Skilled Worker visa applications and sponsor licence matters, where he regularly advises businesses on compliance, sponsorship duties, and policy guidance. In addition, Spencer has years of experience handling naturalisation cases, as well as family-based applications such as partners and dependant children.
Spencer has a calm, methodical approach which helps to simplify complex immigration processes for his clients. Whether supporting individuals or corporate clients, he combines legal precision with a client-focused attitude, ensuring each case is handled with care, clarity and efficiency.
