Simran Kaur

Simran joined Westkin Law in January 2025 as an Immigration Solicitor.

Prior to joining Westkin, Simran worked for a number of awarding winning Immigration firms in London, where she was exposed to a wide range of areas such as, but not limited to; PBS Visas, Article 8, family type applications, Human Right applications, EU applications, visitor visas, appeal work, naturalisation etc.

Simran’s main objective is to prioritize client care and ensuring all work is within her clients' best interest, givens Simran’s holistic approach, this allows her to meet the needs to her clients.

Simran’s experience has allowed her to provide advice on a wide-range of areas within Immigration law, giving clients the benefit of a full range of experience and advice.
