Henry Lau

Henry entered the legal profession as a mature student, bringing with him a rich background in non-profit work and a strong commitment to social justice. After completing a law conversion course (GDL), he pursued his LPC at BPP University, where he focused on immigration law—a field that aligned with both his values and professional aspirations.

Since qualifying, Henry has worked exclusively in immigration law, beginning his career as a caseworker at the Immigration Advisory Service, once the UK’s largest immigration firm. He later trained as a solicitor at a boutique immigration practice in London and went on to work at a top-tier human rights firm recognised by the Legal 500.

Henry specialises in complex human rights and immigration cases, including 10- and 20-year long residence applications, adult dependent relative claims, and sole responsibility matters. He also handles routine applications such as partner and parent visas, skilled workers, naturalisation, and registration.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and strategic approach, Henry is deeply committed to achieving the best outcomes for his clients.
