Serafina Ian

Serafina Ian is an Immigration Trainee and joined the firm in October 2023 after successfully completing her LLB at the University of Leeds. She is a member of Kirstin Caspersen’s team, specialising in diverse case types, with a particular focus on business immigration matters.

Before embarking on her legal career, Serafina obtained a BA (Hons) in Media and Sociology from Goldsmiths University. During her three-year tenure in the media industries of London, Shenzhen, and Macao, she cultivated a keen interest in connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Prior to joining Westkin, Serafina contributed her legal expertise as a Legal Assistant at Leeds City Council, where she assisted individuals with disabilities in claiming their Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

Outside her professional life, Serafina is passionate about film photography and travelling.
