Sahar Raji

Sahar is a qualified solicitor under the Solicitors Regulation Authority and regulated at Level 3 by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner. She has been with Westkin Associates since 2019.

She possesses expertise in handling various immigration cases, specialising in Tier 1 Entrepreneur, Skilled Worker, Visitors, British Nationality, and Family-based applications. Given her involvement in business immigration cases, she is well-acquainted with common challenges clients face and adept at providing effective resolutions. Sahar has collaborated with private individuals, start-ups, and small to medium-sized companies across sectors such as retail, technology, media, and consulting.

Sahar's notable experience extends to supporting numerous applications on the partner visa route, guiding clients from entry clearance to British citizenship. She holds an LLB (Hons) from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and achieved a Distinction in her Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from BPP University.
