Patrick Howe

Patrick joined Westkin Associates in June 2023, having gained over 10 years of experience within the Immigration and Asylum sector. During this time, Patrick has qualified to supervisor level under the Immigration and Asylum Scheme run by the Law Society.

Throughout his career, Patrick has advised clients on a breadth of matters including in-country and entry clearance applications, nationality applications, fiancé/spousal applications, asylum claims and visit visas. He also has a wealth of experience with particularly complex cases, largely under the Adult Dependant Relative route.

Patrick has worked with a range of clients including with the Gurkha community, bringing their family members to the UK under the Annex K policy. He also advised local charities and community groups, offering services to vulnerable members of society. Patrick is renowned for his thorough due diligence and commitment to achieving a successful result for his clients.

Outside of work Patrick pursues a range of interests relating to music, film and sport, and in particular, he is a keen golfer.
