Businesses can expect us to assist in the following ways:
Immigration Sponsorship Licences
In order to employ foreign nationals who otherwise have no permission to work, employers must have a relevant sponsorship licence. Westkin obtain these licences for business like yours.
We get you ready to become a UKBA licensed sponsor:
1. We undertake a site visit; and
2. Get you an action plan for any remedial steps; and
3. Liaise and handle all communication with UKBA; and
4. Attendance during any visit to your offices by UKBA.
Individual Immigration Applications
Once you have obtained your licence, you will be awarded a number of certificates. These need to be assigned to employees via the UKBA’s SMS system. We act as the designated user of many companies like yours’ SMS systems. The relevant page is able to help your staff with their applications for leave to remain. Audit /Compliance Work
If you already have a licence or have already applied for a licence, rather than taking over the matter completely we can simply undertake a site visit.
We undertake checks of your migrant monitoring systems and your record keeping to make sure you are hitting UKBA requirements.
We then issue an action plan to cover remedial work and if you then want us to take over you can instruct us to do so.
Right to Work Document Checking Service
Employers can only employ those with the correct documents. We can provide a written advice confirming right to work which can act as confirmation the employer to all reasonable steps to check the documents.
