“I was in the process of applying for a Tier 1 and the main concern I had was the waiting time as I needed my passport back before the new year. Called up several solicitors and Hateem from Westkin gave the best advice in terms of time-line, process and what they can do to help. Hateem was very helpful throughout the whole process, making sure I had all the right documentations and we even met up on the weekend before the application date to go through one last check! And the amazing thing is it took less than a month from me calling Westkin up to getting a Tier 1 Visa approved! I truly appreciate all the help that I have from Hateem and Westkin.”

“The preparation of this case has been extremely good. The appellant’s bundle had been well put together and I am grateful to Miss Sardar for all the help she has given the Tribunal in this particular case. I allow the appeal.”
Immigration Judge A R Williams.

What Maha’s other clients say:

“Maha Sardar represented us in court, she gave me a 45 minute prep talk prior to the hearing which prepared me for the intimidating courtroom….to my amazement she blew the goverment’s case for refusal wide open after only 15 minutes into the hearing. It took the Judge 30 minutes to allow the appeal and my wife will be joining me here soon in the UK. I would recommend Westkin to friends and family in need of immigration advice in the future.”

D.J – from London

“On the day of the hearing Maha was excellent. She came in early to make sure that I am prepared for the hearing and prepared me for the worst possible hearing. She has shown tremendous level of professionalism and due care. Maha also had briefed me prior to the hearing on what to expect and she also had made sure that the court had all the relevant paperwork sent to them in advance. Her skeleton argument which she had prepared was on its own sufficient to have won the hearing for me! Westkin’s level of expertise and competence equated to one of the shortest possible hearing Maha had attended! I am extremely pleased with their service and will turn to them again without any hesitation. Highly recommended!”

They were both very professional and helpful and only needed one appointment to go through all the relevant documents and to discuss the application procedure. Shareena was extremely helpful in ensuring that the right documents are obtained and that they are presented accurately through the application’s cover letter.
