Immigration Bank Holiday Service

Immigration issues can arise outside of traditional office hours.

You may have just come home in the evening and found a UKBA refusal letter, you may only be in the UK for a short time and are looking for advice; you may have, in extreme cases even been detained.

For this and other reasons you may feel the need to speak or contact an immigration lawyer or immigration solicitor at any time, even Bank Holidays.

At Westkin, we run a duty lawyer service over UK Bank Holiday periods when lawyers are traditionally closed.

How does the Bank Holiday service work?

Every Bank Holiday we assign one of our lawyers to act as the Bank Holiday Duty Lawyer.

One of our leading immigration lawyers monitors new enquiries that come in via our Secure Form. (which can be found below or on the top right of this page.)

Please complete this form and our duty immigration lawyer will revert back to you, usually over the Bank Holiday or the next working day depending on your preference. Of course, we may only be able to give limited advice over the holiday period.

For more complex instructions or to attach a refusal letter, please email us on info@westkin.com

Whilst it may not be that we need to commence actual work until the next working day, you can be rest assured that you made contact with a lawyer who cares and that the process of dealing with your case will have commenced over the Bank Holiday – hopefully this will reduce the stress that comes with an immigration issue.

Please note that although we do run occasional Bank Holiday appointments, we cannot answer the telephones to direct callers until the nexy working day.

Please use the enquiry form over the weekend and someone will call you back. We look forward to hearing from you.
