Westkin Channel 1 of 4 – face to face communication.
It seems ironic that a Law Firm like Westkin whose clients are from around the world would place as much importance as we do on face-to-face communication.
Where a client is based in the United Kingdom or perhaps their relative is based in the United Kingdom we take pride in inviting them to our office to ensure friendly face-to-face communication.
We find that it is often the case that a considerable amount of time saved compare to email in meeting face-to-face.
Our new offices in Maddox Street, Mayfair, London have larger and more comfortable consultation space and of course our offices remain conveniently located in central London.

Westkin channel 2 of 4 – Skype and video conferencing.
Where a client is abroad or simply cannot get to our offices, videoconferencing remains a fantastic alternative.
Although perhaps not as comfortable as a face-to-face meeting, Skype, especially over a modern fibre line as we have our new offices, is the next best thing. It allows not only for audio conversations as well as The telephone, but the ability to see one of our lawyers faces and for us to be able to see you, does lead to additional trust being built.
The fact there is also the ability to screenshare means that our work, including form filling online can be done in real-time with the clients assurance that there are no errors.
Westkin associates channel 3 of 4 – Email
Westkin associates understand that many of our clients are busy and may not be able to speak to us during the UK working day.
Email allows for more reference-able forms of communication. We tend to use email to send clients draft documentation, list of tasks that each party needs to do or questions that we may have.
Although the communication is instantaneous, It allows our clients to read over the communication and respond in their own time.
Westkin associates takes pride in the fact that it’s emails are backed by either outlook by Microsoft or google’s commercial Gmail program.
This insures that high levels of security and data protection exist in these industry leading business services.

Having said all of the above, if we were to list form of communication with clients that happens most frequently, it is undoubtedly over the telephone.
Whether it’s an initial in-depth course, are you short checking in telephone call, we find that the convenience of the telephone between our lawyers and our clients is unsurpassed.
