50,000 Entrepreneur from Post Study Work | PSW

Entrepreneur to PSW

In this page we outline how the route from PSW to entrepreneur has become simpler. We offer a video guideline for you to browse and understand what the changes are and what the processes are. Westkin Associates are available to discuss any queries that you may have via the enquiry box on the right-hand side of the page or via and 0207 118 4546.

The route from Post Study Work to Entrepreneur has become simpler since the government allowed for a discounted level of seed capital, 50,000 GBP, to be shown in certain circumstances. Our expert team are available to assess your situation and provide you with the relevant legal advice needed to help you obtain the visa you are seeking.

The following video guide is designed to show how the 50K route works. Once you have watched this video and wish to gain further advice or to instruct Westkin as your legal representative, please see the next steps below.

Part 2 of the Video is provided below.

Please choose the service type you require; you will now be able to either:

(a) Book a consultation for 1 hour over the telephone, Skype or at our London office for the charge of £125 plus VAT. During this time, we will discuss the merits of your case, analyse the documents you have, explore all other available options, and plan the way you can proceed with your application with or without our legal assistance.  This is the ideal scenario for those having questions about how the visa works. This consultation is usually with Hassan Mehdi, who is an expert in PSW-Entrepreneur Switching; or

(b) Instruct Westkin as your legal representative; this includes full application management and post visa assistance. Our fees for this application range from £1,700 to £3,000 depending on the circumstances of the case, the number of dependents, how the 50,000 is held, as well as other factors. Discounts will be given to persons who undertake consultations and later sign up as clients.

(c) If you want to prepare the application yourself and then have renowned experts check the application over, this can also be arranged. This service commences at £350 plus VAT.

We do offer discounts for clients who are ready to sign up when they get in touch or have a pre-existing business that qualifies for the visa. We tend to be flexible on fees and can always come to some arrangement. At Westkin Associates, we pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive, efficient and results-orientated service that is tailored specifically to your individual needs.

We have a vast amount of experience within PSW to entrepreneur visas and can be reached via or on 0207 118 4546 to answer any queries that you may have relating to your PSW to Entrepreneur visa switch.

Our immigration lawyers can be contacted to start the process. Please call, email or use the enquiry box and we can start the process today.
